370 grams All-purpose Flour

½ Teaspoon Salt

1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

60 grams melted Butter
Filling

100 grams soft Butter

60 grams Sugar

80 grams Brown Sugar

2 Teaspoons Cinnamon

½ Teaspoon Nutmeg
Frosting

115 grams Cream Cheese
-
45 grams soft Butter

90 grams Powdered Sugar

1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1. Yeast Activator and Dough
1. Add your water to a measuring cup. Now combine it with your yeast and sugar. Cover this mixture with a towel and let it sit for 15 minutes.
2. In a bowl, combine sugar, eggs, flour, salt, vanilla extract and butter. After combined, add your yeast mixture. Mix everything together until you get a rough dough.
3. Knead your dough until it becomes smooth for 10 minutes.
4. Now cover your bowl with a towel and let your dough rest for 2 hours. Make sure that your dough is resting on a warm spot. It should double in size.
2. Filling
1. While the dough is resting, we prepare the filling.
2. In a bowl, add butter, sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Mix everything together until you get a creamy filling.
3. Set aside to spread your filling on the dough later.
3. Combine
1. Place your double-in sized dough on a floured flat surface. Roll your dough out like a rectangle. Now spread your filling over the dough. Make sure to leave a 1 cm edge on every side of your dough.
2. To get 10 servings, you roll your dough from the longer side of the rectangle tightly and if possible without tearing.
3. With a knife cut your dough into 10 pieces and place them into a baking dish. Cover your dish with a towel and let your dogh rest for 30 minutes.
4. Preheat your oven to 180°C.
5. Bake for 25 minutes.
4. Frosting
1. While we let the magic happen in the oven, we prep the frosting.
2. In a bowl, add cream cheese, butter, vanilla extract, powdered sugar. Mix everything together until you get a creamy frosting.
3. Set aside to spread your frosting on the cinnamon rolls later.
5. Assemble
1. Let your cinnamon rolls cool down for 10 minutes. If you're impatient, 5 minutes.
2. Get the cinnamon rolls out of the baking tray and place them on your dish. Spread the frosting on your cinnamon rolls.
